Lightest bindings

I've recovered from an ankle injury and the bindings I have just seem too heavy and they cause pain to my ankle. I was wondering what the most durable, lightest bindings are.

and more, much more than this, I did it my way

Bienvenidos a la casa del Cackuii!

the rossi axium 100 are extremely light but they are very easily scratched and the paint wearsoff but i ride freestyle and bit mountain and they have lasted me 2 seasons

go BIG or go home!!! stellar to the max

^^Word, very light

'Duran Duran bought Armada, Armada bought Microsoft, Microsoft bought MSP and AOL, AOL owns Time4 which owns the MountainSportsMedia which owns SKi, Skiing and RIP Freeze... so Armada now owns McDonalds and Coke.

Ive broken Salomon bindings alot, Id go with Look or Rossi (basically the same thing). They are amazing.

I can only speak for the pair of 912ti`s I got but they take a beating. A friend of mine jumped on them with slalom boots while trying to jump into the binding. Only issue is that earlier revs had problems with the screws unwinding.

912ti 0,990kg

p10 1,38kg

ye i own a pair of salomons, all salomon bindings are pretty light and they are ok, I've had mine 2 seasons and are still holding up. You just gotta crank up the DIN cause of early release

yeah salomon bindings are definitely the lightest.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.

i think you should get bindings...that u can afford...put them on skis and ski

I wish i was a gangster

Nice bump, if weight were the only concern some of the high end salomons are supposed to be pretty legit.

i have the scratch p10 (pivot heel) and you guys are saying that the rossi 100 bindings are light but i feel like mine is super heavy compared to other bindings.

are they the same or different?

axials and axial 2's are not light by a long stretc. trust me. i have compared a lot of bindings and they are deff wayy heavier than most salomon bindings. yea, rossi's are well built, and i have a pair, but dont say that they are light, cuz thats just a lie.

the axiums definetly but for JJ i would have to say deadbolts/ i cant believe no1 has metioned them yet! theyre way lighter then px12 jibs, p12 jibs, axial.

look p/x 12's, salo's are both nice, light bindings.

I don't think your bindings weight would put that much stress on your ankle though. I think you should try and do some more recovery on your ankle, work it out a lot just like you were in physical therapy.

next years salomon freestyle bindings, supposedly the durability and retention of 916s with a weight closer to the z12 and designed for freeride/park

Don't forget about Dynafit! Quite possibly the scariest contraption I have ever seen, but if you want to know what the lightest binding is look no further. However, I'm guessing (and hoping) everybody here leaves the ground and skis fast so these wont' be an option. This concludes my worthless contribution.
