Lifts for park skiing

New to park skiing, but ive been lifting for a while. Wonder what lifts I could add to improve my park skiing?

I’ve been getting in yoga this season and it’s actually been amazing. I’ve ditched my knee brace first time in 5 years post ACL surgery.

Also strengthen with normal stuff like squats, power cleans, one legged stuff as well. Pistol squats, shrimp squats, anything similar to those

Do a lot of core workouts. On top of the leg stuff other people are saying, I like to do deadlifts, rows, pullups, pushups, and shoulder presses to build up muscle around my shoulders and back to help prevent injury there. Ive noticed it's made a difference in how bad falls hurt

I like any sort of one leg squat variation to work on all the little stabilizer muscles in the knee and leg

detachable quad lifts over rated for park.

a nice old 3 seater where i can plan out my next line is probably the best lift for park skiing.
