Was riding north ridge lift at Killington on Saturday and noticed that a good amount of grease from the lift rollers had fallen on me, staining my jacket pretty badly. Talked to an ambassador at the bottom and they sent me to the ticket window. The guys there told me that normally they’d clean my jacket for me but can’t because of Covid. They were super rude and unhelpful. Gave me a $10 voucher to try and “brighten my day” and basically told me to fuck off. I emailed Killington customer affairs but haven’t heard back. Has anyone had this happen to them at killington or elsewhere? What did the mountain do to make things right? I feel like they owe me a new jacket.
