Lifespan of Skis

Iv recently bought a pair of moships and I was just wondering what sort of lifespan I can expect out of them? I go fairly hard on them in the park and soft snow conditions.. How many days do you think I can use them for until the core gets completely worn out?
 
I had Mo-ships last me about 60-70 days before they delamed. I ski everything, mostly park though. Im pretty hard on skis too.
 
theres no set life span, myne have had lifespans of 2 mounths, others have been 3 years it depends where you take em, and how hard you are on em
 
my bro has had the 03/04 PEs for 3 really hard years of skiing, urbans, lots and lots of park, and all mountain, and they have held very well, only top sheet damage.
 
It's hit and miss with line, they seem to be a bit inconsistent with the construction of their skis. The longest I've seen a pair go without delamming is about 6 months, most go within 3-4 it seems. I had a pair that didn't delam though, I broke them in 30 days.
 
Line moved to China, the moship flites and prophet 100s are the worst skis out this year. The tips are gona explode at some point and any rails could be damage to that weak cap. I have had people tell me that there are also warranty issue with line this year and they have had people gluing shit together, especially Prophets. Line better get their shit going again, I used to be devoted to mother ships.
 
I estimate 40-50 days per pair for me, barring massive accidental damage or manufacturer's defect... but it's really up in the air.
 
for myself, i'd say 3 season, easy. i only get out about 15-20 times a year, and even then, i'm not crazy abusive with them. i don't do much urban either (but maybe that's just because i don't have urban skis)
 
what?! did you actually ride all these skis?? the only line ski that had problems this year was the invader, then again it was a $300 dolar ski...
 
Watched what comes through shop, not good, ask techs, see what they think? Lines had to come out and explain problems thsi year, the invader is a dead issue, everybody knows they are trash. I love line and just hope things change.
 
Why is it that people who are utterly clueless are always so vocal? Do you all feel like you have to make up for your ignorance by spewing meaningless crap and hoping everyone just goes along with it? I just don't understand. How about a new rule: If you don't know what you're talking about, don't talk.
 
Because you spend time on the forum you are so smart, you must be a leader in bio-genetics or maybe you design auxilary aerospace instruments, which is it? i would love to talk both subjects with such as astute mind as yourself. You have no clue what anybody is talking about, except maybe Barry Melrose, hoser.
 
haha, i got every answer possible in this forum.. from a couple of days to 25 years. all in all im kinda pissed off because the general answer seems to be a bit shorter than i thought. thanks anyway guys.
