Liberty Snowflex Tips/Recomendations

So me and a few friends were thinking of driving down from Ontario to ski snowflex for a couple of days. Im just looking for some info or tips on the mountain eg whens it open, places to stay etc. +k for helpful posts!
 
Just find a motel in the area to stay at. Its pretty cheap to ski. Just get a place to stay and gas. That is a pretty far as drive. I don think its worth it
 
Try to make the days you are down there friday and saturday. During the week it is only open from 4pm to midnight i think but it opens at 10am on saturday. And really, dont worry too much about tickets. If you buy like 2 hours you can ride all day and they wont check.
 
Better to go too big on the jump cuz the landing is huge. I broke my arm there three weeks ago because I hit it on the knuckle. I'm going there tomorrow to film my friends though.
 
Try finding a spot to camp if you are on a budget, eat at a drive thru restaurant called "Cookout" and go to a store in the hood called " Lookin Good" for the biggest tall tees you can find.
 
As said above wear long sleeves and your old snowpants as your going to get wet and likely to damage the pants. For looking after your bases when your there so you dont end up with concave bases you should get some very low temp wax or if you have a usable old pair of skis use them. Snowflex isnt great for skis but is a decent enough substitute for when there is no snow about. Also dont wear your nice gloves if you fall and your hands go down you will tear them to bits. So eother use your old ones or buy some cheap gardeners/work gloves at the hardware store.
 
it would be awesome to have you guys come down to ride snowflex. most people find a cheap motel but the cheapest way to do things is camping. as for pricing, if youre a usasa member like myself, you ride for free.
