Liberty skis???

jibtech, i dont know if you are going to see this post, it is a bit down the line, but i totally know where you are comming from.
I know that all the guys involved with all the companies are 100% in love with the sport, and they are started their companies for the same reason we started ours, to feed their own habit and make the products they want to use without having to go through 100 layers of corporate bullshit.
What I am trying to imply is that we at liberty do not have the image that they have. Those guys have been around a long time, and in the spotlight for a long time and they have that reputation behind them. My point is that we dont have the media coverage like they do and we're not claiming to be the same as them because that would be a blaiten lie.
no disrespect at all to stebenz, the armada crew, I was stoked to see them start making skis for the same reason I'm stoked to be involved with Liberty. We are the ones that are out there every day because we love what we do, and we want to provide the industry with products that are designed to allow us (tanner, jp, sterbenz, myself and everybody else out there who loves to ski) to progress our riding without worrying about our equipment lacking the performance we demand.
I see the guys at Armada, 4Frnt, Faction, NinthWard, ect as colleagues first and competition second.
...he died doing what he loved. He will always be rememberd as a great snowboarder, but more importantly as a great friend.
