Liberty Skis steppin it up for 06

Wow, liberty skis are really stepping the stuff up for the upcoming season. I talked with one of their guys and saw some new skis, after the bad batch they got last year, they improved so much the product for this winter its ridiculous. They are also apparently working on re-doing the site completely, so it should be nice... They are suppose to release the new graphics soon...they are really dope. I saw some sketch of the new clothing line to, watch out, they are coming big this winter!!!

 
They had a bad batch of the pro twin, only a few were defective, and a friend of mine got them, and they replaced them within a day... but with the product I saw for next season, no worries!!!!

 
Yea, I'm planning on buysing Libertys this year. They are some sick skis, and their whole Team and Owners are nice. Theyre an alaround small ski company who cares.

 
those were the skis that were getting pressed at revolution mfg. right?? i heard all their skis had problems...revolution not liberty?? i am asking!

 
I saw several pairs of Choppers eat shit last year as well as a couple Stealths.

I'll be interested to see the new graphics. Hopefully they are better than the Stealth, which from what I've seen and heard, is the same graphic with inverted colors.

its too bad when companies rely on an inverted graphic to release on a new ski. that doesn't take creativity or originality. when i see that i makes me think the company is lazy and not creative.

 
^ i say you should wait untill after this season to make a descision. After their lame graphics and wack problems id say give it on more "test run" year before buying thier product.

I talked to a rep for Liberty, they say they are stepping up and that their skis are more profesionally made sence they know what they did wrong. So, we'll have to see.

 
Everyone can say that, that is an easy play to make in the game. Besides the first "commercial" post trying to bring the 'Liberty' name back into discussion, what is being addressed?

We learned a lot of last year. Most companies had trouble on their first year, Schmies, thanks for the good words, even k2 had binding ejection problem with their first PE, armada had all their skis break on the first year, some stores had to return all the order they got from 4frnt on their first shipment. If making skis was easy, everyone would do it. We really are dedicated to making a good ski, and this season we are bringing a good ski that was tested and will be bombproof. Thanks for the good words for those that believe in us! Have fun, go ski, smile, be happy :-)

We played with the existing graphics of the stealth and choppers and invested more time in getting a solid product dialed in. Also, the fact that we are adding a 160 to the pro twins line, a 174 to the fat twin line, and a whole new line of twin, stiffer, that will be all mountain twins, with 3 sizes, 170, 180 and 186, we had a lot of graphics to do for those and considered that the graphic you saw for the stealth were good. And anywaays, look around, most companies have been playing around with colors for a while and changing the full graphics every 2 years.

next years skis are solid, I skied the choppers and they worked amazing, and I watched a close friend of mine ski the stealths for a week and they are very dope as well, apparently more pop and very reinforced, I would not base your decision to buy these skis on last years few defects, and atleast check em out.

Ya next years ski's are going to eliminate the Delam Problem, They tried many different solutions to stop the ski's from snapping and have finnally got it down. Also if they break (which this year it's not going to happen) You can take advnatage of the free 3 year warranty.

Heres how i'd some up a Liberty. The Quality Consrtuction of line (rockwell edges, maple cores) With the feel of a 1080 ( Liberty Air Core).

The Price on all pro twins including the chopper is $550.00 (retail) The Graphics on the chopper are just different colors more of a green

I've alsways wanted to know what it looks like to poop in one of those ski pressing machines and see what my turd looks like after it's been all moled and pressed. If Im lucky it will be pressed hard enough for me to ski on my turds, THEN that would kick ass.
