Liberty Skis, an upstart ski manufacturing company from Colorado, have been bought out by the world's highest mountain, Mount Everest.

Operations will now shift to overseas to Nepal, cutting operating costs considerably.

When asked for comment, President and CEO Dan Chalfant added, "With this partnership, we have nowhere to go but up in this industry. The sky's the limit."
 
Oh silly mount everest, they don't know what they are getting into! Liberty skis suck!
 
why should they give up? cause they're a new company working out the kinks trying to make it in the industry? i met the owner, he's a chill guy, gave me and a friend a shitload of stickers and a couple shirts for free.
 
because they are a bunch of goobers producing some of the whackest skis on the market right now. unhh, our skis have graphics of planes and they look really high tech!!!
 
I did ski them for a weekend and came to the conclusion that I rather ski with 2 by 4's on my feet.
 
i didnt know sherpas skied, i thought they only carried things.

i also didn't know that the nepalese know what newschool is.

as for all of you telling us to give up, get over yourselves. We will never stop what we are doing and never forget the positive image and approach we stand for. We are skiers, we like skiing too much, and we are going to keep doing what we can to keep skiing and having fun.

Most of you need to stop all the talk and just go skiing.

k2 bought line to run it into the ground, mark my words. look at freeze... we cant trust the coorporations because they are so quick to fuck an industry in the ass just to please a few stockholders who sell thier aol-time warner stock when it goes up a quarter of a point because "skiing" sells more issues.
