They're not too skinny. Somehow they make the width work. I skied them today and they have more pop than the Trouble Makers and they float better than most others.

those graphics are horrible. i'd rather ski troublemakers than those even if you say they've got more pop.

sorry, they are a couple years too late. people want fatter skis now. especially big mountain ones, usually they are supposed to be FATTER than park skis.

I feel bad for people who don't drink, cause when they wake up in the morning, thats the best the're going to feel all day

i dont know what you guys are talking about. It would take so much to start a ski company. I think they look pretty sick. Many props to them for bringing money into the sport you all take for granted.

 
First off, the photos on the Liberty Skis website are some of the gayest I've ever seen. I mean, really, really bad.

Secondly, a 'freeride' ski is NOT a 177 with a 76 mm waist. A ski company out of Colorado should know better than that. That's even skinny for a park ski now.

Third, the graphics are garbage. Really ugly, and really crappy. White skis look like shit, and the flower starry shit is just weird.

Everything about this company is wrong, and they should be making snolerblades instead.

i wouldn't be surprised if these skis were actually manufactured by KArhu, cause the parl skis have the EXACT dimmensions and lengths of the 1260 and the all-mountain skis have the EXACT length and dimesions of the Darkside.

Wow, with an attitude like that cmac, you'll have a hard time convincing ANYONE to buy the skis you are supposed to be promoting. The only thing you are doing is making yourself and the company who gives you skis look dumb. Maybe I'll go ahead and let them know how you're doing.

WTF?!? Factory Direct pricing means $650 USD?! Can I have some of the Cheech they are smoking? I can buy the SAME LINE skis for $200 less. Or some nicer Armada's for less. Or Dynastar... Or Salomon... Or, just about anybody else.

 
Insainly overpriced. If i've never even heard of them before, and im looking into numberous big ski websites every day, how can they even back up that their skis are as good as they are? Way 2 thin, graphics are tacky, and the overal vibe they give me isn't right. Fuckin Crazy, $650, who do they think they are...

$650 is a rip off and yeah your all mountain ski... is skinnier than your park ski, im a little confused about that, but lower the price to like $400 and im sure some people would consider buying them more

what gets me is that they are still $650! they claim that they are cheaper because they skip the retailers but that means they should be atleast 1/3 cheaper than other skis, not MORE EXPENSIVE.

The graphics seem okay. I can't really judge the ski cause I haven't skied it. The only way you'll get anywhere with this company is if you sponsor cool kids. People eat that shit up, right guys ^^^? Best of luck!

Alright guys heres the deal...

Liberty skis is brand new. As with all things that are brand new, there is work to be done. The style, size, and look of these skis will be changing constantly for the next few years just like Armada, 4Frnt, and the many others. Also like Armada and 4Frnt, Liberty is taking a huge risk by starting this company. Making skis is not cheap and without a large factory the price continues to go up. Since everything is a work in progress, and because Liberty is so small, they are very open to your comments and suggestions. Dont like the graphics? email me some of yours at cmac_84@hotmail.com. I will pass them on and the skis will continue to improve.

P.S. The skis have the dimensions that they do because it creates an ultra-lite ski which results in dramatically more quickness in the air and on/off of rails.

 
graphics are ok but $650 is your way of keeping the price down? the fujatives are a fucking pro model and they are almost half the price...

That's the problem with starting a ski company.. Ski's are insanely expensive to make and you cant just make a few of them.. But, nobody in the right mine is going to play that much for skis that are brand new.. As far as they know, the skis could suck.. They arent going to invest that kind of money into that ski when they can get almost any other ski that they can trust and know it will be good. I understand that you probably arent making a killing in profit, but that's what happens when you start something that's so expensive to produce..

The guys above are right - the graphics are really gay, but I rode up witha guy who was a rep or sponsored or something, and the skis were so sick - big and fat and different from anything I had seen. He told me that the 'old' Liberty skis were made at Karhu in canada, but they're moving on. They make them on their own now. Also said that prices are dropping (finally). Who can afford $750 for suck-ass skis? The guy said the new ones would be in the $500 range - and cheaper factory direct. www.libertyskis.com needs some work, though. Still has all the old shit.
