They need to make some non-pussy skis.

a big mountain ski with a 100mm waist at only 184? c'mon now. that should be AT LEAST a 194.

I think most people will survive on a 184 for one season. Next year if a 190+ ski comes out, all the better. Then again there's people like Sam who have to ride large skis to justify themselves as not being a pussy.

switchpollard - im 6'2'' 220 pounds, me riding a 184 would be retarded. imjust sayin that they need some bigger skis for people who are huge, like me. cuz i know there are other people out there that like to ride 190+ skis.

^ no, this guy is right. I love Liberty Skis and have no doubt that I will like the new ones this year too, but I'm 6' 1' - ok not so tall, but I'm a little hefty at 230 lbs. Ok, no jokes.

I sent them (Liberty) and email last year and they said that the longest ski would be a real stiff 186. Personally, it's alittle too short for me I think because of my weight. The Liberty guys said that they were going to wait until they started expanding the lengths of the skis.

They said the same goes for the small size - they want to do a 160 twin and a 193 or something.

I think it's a great improvement over last year when the biggest thing wasn't even 180!

must people who ski arent fat so they are making skis for those people. stop bitching

we are trying to have a good range of sizes. Once we get more established as a company we will try to offer some more sizes such as a 190+ model and a 160 model.

For the bigger guys we do have the reaper, which is a pretty big ski. The design influence came from Dave Bird, who is about 6'2, 200. With an 86mm waist it is a pretty good sized mid fat ski.

Sounds like you guys would love the old Line Ostness Dragon. I think that was like a 193.

...he died doing what he loved. He will always be rememberd as a great snowboarder, but more importantly as a great friend.

spinks, you guys planning on making a 190+ C-Note? thats the ski i was wonderin about. hmm.. im not skiing this year, so i can save up much money, and buy some big c-notes for when i move to utah. hmm...

We were prototyping a 192 C-Note. It is an insane ski, just too big for our target market right now. Perhaps as a limited edition ski in the future.

Liberty isn't a skiboard company like Line - there's no need to make a ton of midget skis. If you're going to bother making a big mountain pow board, why would you only make it a 184?!?!?!? That's pretty retarded. But it doesn't seem like you know a whole lot about big mountain anyhow -- the Ostness Dragon?!?!?!? It had a skinny waist and was the biggest noodle ever!
