Does anyone know if Liberty will be running a promotion again for the people who participated in "Rip Us Off" two years ago. Half price on kick-ass skis last year was the best deal ever.
 
Yeah, it was true. 2 years ago, during their first retail season, they had an ad in Freeskier. If you ripped it out and sent it to them they sent you a hat or a t-shirt or something. Then, last year, they offered everyone who participated in "Rip Us Off" any of their skis (with the exception of the C-Notes) for $300. In the words of Comic Book Guy, "Best deal ever."
 
Yea man, i picked up a pair of Brand Spanking New SB 180's in that deal for $300! best money i ever spent! Last time when they did the promo a letter was sent to your home form Liberty. As long as they have your address at home im sure they will do the same.
 
i got a hat some stickers and each year they send me this thing to buy skis pretty cheap directly from them
 
Did they do it again this year? I didn't get their letter until early fall last year, but I am just curious.
 
line used to have a summer sale on the last years stuff. didnt think they did that this year or the last, but good idea. it was demo skis, but really nice condition.
 
No but i have personally scene 2 pairs of choppers with 40 days on them, on one, no edges for 6 inches, tail delam, nose delam, and the bases were very weak.
 
yeah maybe last year, and before they had rivets. the rivets now do a good job keeping it all together, and the kgb's are even better. no problem with them braking at all, and yes i have riden them. you shouldnt even be talking if you have never used them
 
yeah i was on a pair of stealths that were skied on for 2 days that had rivets, and were delaming in the tip. but i do want to see liberty make it because they have a great attitude for the sport
