If you have not seen the Freeskier.com homepage in the last few days, we have an article about our party and a little shoot.
I met Alex Lallier and Phil LaRose (coolest guys ever!) in Vail with Dave from Freekier. We had a fun day even though the weather was really crappy. We caught a little sun, but not too much. The party was off the hook, I had 5 dates from Boulder that night and they basically stole the show.
The new LaRose Pro model is getting dialed in. Lallier and LaRose rode a pair of prototypes this past weekend and said they were really solid. I'm sure Phil will make a few more changes before the final retail model drops. Then he will find somthing that could be better and it'll continue to develop stronger and stronger!
Also, I am still on the KGB and we have made some great upgrades. This round of prototype has a stronger adhesive and better energy transfer through the ski. This is all to help the De-Lam issues that have been brought to our attention.
Just a little bit of good skiing left, if you need to, get to work on those video segments! There is only about a month of riding left in most areas, so get those local lines nailed and on film!
