so what do you guys think of the 178 phil larose pro model 08. anyone skid it? any opinions?

i am probly gonna buy this ski, for park use. im a big rider...

(and yes i know there are threads about this, but they dont really have the answers im looking for)
 
o yeah....otherwise i will just get the 08 ar6.....ive always skid on armada, i like them...a lot, but wanna have a unique ski that not every fool on the slopes will have. so lets hear opinions?
 
Not many fools have them on the slopes because they are either snapped or delammed so bad that they can't ski them.  Why not just stick with Armada if it has worked for you?
 
Ive been skiing the Larose for some time now. Best park ski I have ever had. Has not delammed, or anything. i have not even been able to crack an edge and ive hammering on them. im 6,1 and 170lbs, and its fine for someone of my height.

real dope ski, liberty has a real solid line up now....
 
i'd say you should pay waaaaaaaaaaaaay over the 550francs to the guy who offered them to you. you should be like, 'Jack, 550 francs is a good offer, but i'll give you 700 hundred cos the skis are so damn sick.'

All I have ridden are stiff and heavy skis (mad trix, blends to an extent). I wanna rip some light bitches for once!

Plus its snowing for the first time this season here...which has me twice as pumped as i should be!
 
I mounted my laroses with samlomon binders the other day, and they are so sick. VERY light. Gonna love shredding these all year
 
Those are 1 of my top skis that i would like to own. i really like that they are a somewhat environmenatlly sustainable company, the bamboo core would be very poppy and light. I really liek the graphics also, and 178 is pretty much a perfect length. Having enver skied them, and never having even seen an actually liberty ski I can't give you any idea of how they would ski or anything, but taht is just my opinion.
 
i have heard they are sick. Don;t they have like a bamboo core or something? even if they don't, they are supposed to be really nice.
 
I havent got bindings for em yet...but they are ridiculously light. Just throwing it out there
