OK, so my last thread about this died, cos i had no pics of the skis themselves, but now i do. the skis are in great condition. there is one scratch on the base that isnt bad at all, but i included a pic that in my opinion makes it look worse.

there are a few chips to the topsheet, the worst of which is pictured and is located just behind the left binder on the inside of the ski.

Other than those 2 little blemishes the skis are pretty dapper. they have had about 2 weeks in total on them as i am a park skier really, despite the fact i like to convince people otherwise!

since the skis were first mentioned on here, pack_man was going to offer $400 for the skis. therefore the binders are still available in their basically new condition, and the skis are too, but only for a proper increase on $400 obviously (no-one say $400.01)

as for shipping, that price does not include shipping, and these are in europe, however, i will be in canada at the end of august, so if you can wait that long, i can send them then.

these skis are sick, as are the binders, so dont let an offer like this slide,

thanks for your time,

jack

this is what the liberty blurb is:

A big fat twin for backcountry and big mountain riding. The newly designed Helix features our laminate Hard Core with a balanced flex pattern and an elongated tip and tail for smooth and aggressive powder riding. At 105mm under foot the Helix is still light enough to be quick while ripping through the trees or spinning over a huge gap, but will hold an edge in the no-fall zone. We designed it with minimal camber to float and turn easily in the deep and gave it the fastest base available to keep everyone else in your dust.

binder was set for a 29.5 mojo boot, then the heel piece was screwed forward a bit in order to fit a 28.5 spk. they are mounted maybe 3cms back from true centre. cant remember off the top of my head. will have a look when i get back to them.

you interested?

yea man, my dad is actually interested in a pair of helixs. he saw some demoed in calgary, but he cant contact the store, so I'll get back to you when he gets home tonight

ok, am bringing this thread back to life, as the ski season is approaching and people will want skis. the offer is for just the skis, because i love those binders and am going to put them on my new skis. as i said earlier, i have an offer of $400 for just the skis, so please, beat it if you can.

peace,

jack.
