Talkin to a lib/gnu rep today and it looks like lib tech skis are a go for the 06/07 season. I don't have too many details as of yet, but i should soon. Hopefully I'll have a chance to test them out sometime mid-december, and I'll let you guys know...but thats pretty sick...

^ yeah its not a straight edge, and the side cut is fucked up too. looks like it was hand carved with shitty tools from an acutal tree... i dont understand why

The edge is a similar concept to that of a serated knife blade.

Don't know about LibTech though. Sketchy stuff. They are so anti-skiers. Just trying to grab a buck now that the snowboard market shrunk last year. They sponsor some local events and don't let skiers participate. Hmmmmm. I didn't think it was 1996, did you?

i think the wavy edges are made to hold an edge on crud. i'm curious to see the outcome of this whole situation.

the wavy edges are so you can hold an edge in variable snow conditions. you see when the snow is all wavy, the wavy edge will matche it perfectly

i think itd be pretty cool to see skis from some board companies like lib tech, gnu, forum and so on
