So I ordered a new copy of strike three last wednesday (a week before yesterday) off their site. I only live about an hour away from where they ship it, and I got it shipped with standard shipping? When I ordered, I was just taken back to the order page that says the prices anbd stuff, so I dont know if it actually recieved it or not. Does anyone know how long it takes and stuff.

hey cruz just email josh and ask whats up. I had a problem with getting strike 3 also and i just emailed josh and he was really helpful. hes one of the nicest people i know and actually takes the time to help you out. hope that helps you

I'm just gonna ditto what ViperSki said... level one actually sent me Strike Three before they charged my credit card, and Josh was super friendly in making sure the video got sent, even though it took a little while

 
I've had nothing but bad luck with ordering shit, it always takes forever and they usually fuck up. Not much you can do though because there's a lot of stuff you can't get without ordering it online. Whatever you do don't just order again if it doesn't come, I did that with Freeze and I ended up getting two of everything I ordered a couple months later.

also you have to cut Josh some slack becuase he is doing everything on his own. I had trouble getting my vid cuz he was away filming next year's movie so like i said again just talk to him and be patient, it will come and you will be happy for its one of the best movies.

Definitely, I'm not giving Josh B shit it's unbelievable what he's done and continues to do. It's more companies like Freeze and PBP who bug me because they can afford to ship things properly and in an organized way they just don't seem to have their shit together most of hte time.

To answer your question, Cruz, your order was received last Saturday, and shipped out on Tuesday afternoon. I recently moved my office out to Boulder, CO, so it will take a few extra days to get to you in NY.

As far as everyone that experienced delays in shipping this past winter, like someone mentioned, being a one-person operation makes it difficult to get orders filled and shipped while I'm on the road. Things will definitely be smoother with this year's movie, I promise...

Speaking of which, keep an eye out for the new L1P site, which should go online in a few weeks, complete with a trailer for the new movie, 'Forward.' Expect big things...

 
Yeah I had the same problem kind of...my order didn't seem to go through the first time, but he was super chill about it and helped me fix the problem. Berman, that movie is the best movie ever, I watch it at least once a week. I can't wait to see next year's.

Thats so sweet that Bermans puttin out another movie, cause i had heard last year that strike three would be his last, but anyways strike three kicked ass and im sure next years film will be just as good
