Turbo_windells segment_twallisch_switch10mute to shifty

on the first camera angle, where you can see tw taking off, it's obviouslly not a cab10.

still a great trick, of course.

but, why is berman so obsessed with using 2 camera angles all the time? is this level1's secret?

Using two angles causing you be able to see the takeoff and landing, did you really not understand that?

that was like my favorite shot in that whole segment... but its not like hes really faking anything, hes just showing the takeoff for effect...

I hear that most of Wallisch's shots are faked...
Rumor has it that most of his Refresh seg was shot in a greenscreen studio in LA.

Can I return my pre-ordered copy of Refresh since most of the shots were faked? Damn Berman, what a scum, I always knew it, his movies were too good to be true. Fuck Level 1.

there's nothing "fake" about the shot. he still did and landed the fucking trick, and it's on camera. they just wanted to switch angles for effect and to make a better clip. this is done several times in almost every ski video, whether you notice it or not.

they show the shot twice in the bons segment, and the 2nd time you can clearly see him both taking off and landing.

No shit! I'd love to know the story behind how they made that vid. If it's real, those guys will be in the Darwin Awards shortly. That guy had a better chance of winning the lottery than he had of actually landing in that pool. Even if he hit it, the impact should have crushed him. Anybody know anything about that vid?

the only faking level one did was......

in balance, a long movie, was only long because berman mirrored half of the shots, but this was probably only to show his teachers he knew how to use the mirror clip edit function on microsoft movie maker because spinning both ways wasnt even thought about back then kind of.

r u like a pro filmerx or something s?and pointless angle changes halfway through jumps or rails can get really old after a while.

no, i've seen him, i swear! i was outside my apartment huffing glue and i saw him, eheath, and bigfoot cruising up broadway on mopeds

the shots arent fake. what is meant is that the takeoff shot and landing shot are actually from 2 different jumps... real footy just not taken at the same time. like he does a takeoff of one trick and they use a stomped landing from another to make it look like it was from that jump. Dont think it happened in turbo, but i think it did in realtime

I have spotted so many fake things in Level 1's movies. Like in Real Time when the helicopter flies really low over the second jump in Keystone. Amateur. Or when Wallisch does 450 onto the gap to box. cut with a straight on. so fake, why even bother? its insulting to the skiers.
