Level 1 vacation?

So I don't know if this happens often, but I've been trying to reach level 1's store by phone and email for about a week now and no replies or anything. Do they all peace when a big storm rolls in or there's a good bunch of filming to be done? Do they all take christmas breaks or something? Or maybe they're just damn busy and are swamped with calls/emails?
Basically wondering if anyone knows what's going on, since the industry has people from all over on NS.
I've searched, but all the results are about turbo or the jiberish collabos.
 
Thanks, forgot about that. Will do that too, but if they're gone filming I doubt he'd check NS.
 
Bump because I ordered something else from them basically right after I made this thread and USPS still doesn't have it, and Level 1 still hasn't contacted me about the other thing...Anyone else been left in the dark?
 
ehh. it'll get there when it does. it took a month for my hoody to arrive but its a dope ass hoody so it was cool.

 
Just so you know, pretty much everything shuts down from christmas to new years. Shipping around the holidays is such a shit show anyways.
 
usually when they make a mistake they make up for it in spades. i preordered turbo and got it for the regular price, and then later ordered just a tshirt, and they added in another copy of turbo, some posters, and more stickers
