So Level 1 is having an online 24 hour sale right now, and I want to buy some of their headphones. I would use them mostly for skiing. I know there are better options than skullcandy, but the prices are very good right now. So...

What should I get (pros and cons of both would be great)

- Icon 2 for $12.95

OR

- Cassette for $24.95

pros

-cheap, if they break no big deal

-durable, heard otherwise but mine lasted for 3 years and some bad crashes before breaking

-audio is pretty decent, they are SK so its not shitty but not the greatest

-comfort?? idk i wore them around my neck a lot with volume full blast and they were fine and never really slipped off

cons

-the play/pause/skip button on my broke after a ski season which sucked

why care about sound quality and shit youre skiing and youll have a hood or yowie or something between the speakers and ears chances are you wont hear it great anyway get whatever is cheaper
 
yeh seriously , I never really put my music super loud so whenever I ski all I can hear is the wind , unless I blast it super loud but then when I get to the chairlifts and it's quiet it hurts my ears.
