Hey guys, i've ordered my Level 1 collab wool zip hooded coat on november 6th and i have still not received it yet. I would like to know if it's normal or i have to contact Level 1 and if you guys that have ordered this coat have received it yet.

Okay sorry for this, because when i bought it, it said i would receive it between november 20th and 26th. Also i'm french and there is some things i didn't understood on their website.
