Just a rumour ( wink wink) but I heard a reliable source ( umm myself) that Level 1 is going to be throwing a massive close-out party at Le Shack at the base of Mont Tremblant on Friday April 8th, 2005, during the heart of the Spin Symposium. Now here is the exciting part: Not only will High Five be presented as a 3-D multimedia package on 3-4 giant screens, complete with trippy effects and other secrets, but we will also be showcasing Garrett Brittain`s still photography in 3-D as well

( although he might not know this yet!) as a retrospective of the 2004-2005 season. And maybe even a teaser for the next release, but you have to bug Berman for that gem.

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

it's against the law for them to ask the legal age of 21, the legal age in quebec is 18, they are not allowed to change it.

le shack is a resto bar.you can drink, but veryone is welcome of all ages. and no, im not kidding.i cant justly explain thisproject online, but picture 3 screens, 3 prjectors, and 9 mving images on a screen jumping out at you at random in 3-d. plus you get to keep the cool levl 1 glasses.

le shac is amazing. i love that place. it was 18+ but they dont card, but i heard they changed it to 21+ from a friend.

 
get a fake id...so long as they don't ask for a medicare or a drivers licence. You can always bullshit your way through though such as um yes I don't carry my medicare around, and I don't drive,I just have my school id (or whatever fake you have). If they still don't let you in, throw a fit cuz it's illegal for them to forbid patronage to someone who is over 18!

 
well, last year i went there and i was 14 so it must be 18 or 21+ on special ocasions because i ate there like 4 times last year with no problems, they have really good food

I do have quite the easy life thank you. Although this week it was a real struggle to get up and ski 6 days. haha. anyway, I'll keep everybody posted on details, look for a press release soon. But here is an update: no cover charge for the event, although it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you support the cause by purchasing some level 1 dvds ( special prices tbd ). This project is enormous, the mastering of the 3-D version of the dvd will take one month alone. But picture this: Liam Downey's segment starts on 3 different 8 foot screens. His name, sponsors, and face jump out at you, and then boom, freeze frame on the first rail: Liam is right in front of you doing his trick. Or better yet, we run 9 simultaneous moving images of him on one screen, and pop them out in 3-d at random. PLUS, YOU GET TO KEEP THE COOL GLASSES, AND if you are a VIP guest you get the glasses with your name inscribed!

just so you all know, this will be a much different look at high five. we are interspersing still images within the movie in 3-d, we will have other tricks such as 9 simultaneous shots of one rider on screen each popping out randomly in 3-d. it will be unlike anything you have experienced. and did i mention the glasses people? the glasses, i say, THE GLASSES!!!!!

It's not illegal for an establishment to enfore a 21+ rule. You can refuse to serve and sell to whoever the hell you want, its your bar. There are only rules regarding mininum drinking age.
