Lets talk about Mexican immigrants... This could spark some debate or upset people on views

I'm sick of people using the argument of "Mexicans do all the jobs nobody else wants". They do those jobs at a pay undercut that nobody else will take or can afford to take. I've lived in Central California almost all my life so I have first hand experience. And I've worked the jobs too when I was younger. People farmed, and there were janitors before Mexicans. The only difference now is that there are so many of them and they will work for less. Honestly if all the Mexicans left, the jobs would eventually fill up.
I've met good and bad legal and illegal Mexicans. Some very good friends. Really it starts with the government. Shore up the border. Stop the handouts, and limit the amount of kids they can have by income. For me the reason there is so much friction is because one person produces 8 kids, goes to jail, doesn't work, or works a job that doesn't even get close to meeting that care requirement.
And all the handouts get taken by these people, and meanwhile the hardworking middle class family is getting bled out by colleges to pay for tuition. I mean I've seen so many immigrants waste their financial aid and they're just laughing about it. And they don't care about the education or to do well. This whole system just drags everyone down top to bottom. Sporadic, but there is just too much to say on this issue. There are good people, but the bad ones and the way the government deals with them fosters animosity.

In my bubble of white, upper middle class south-Denver really the only effects of illegal and legal immigrants we get to experience are the positive aspects. Denver has absolutely amazing Mexican food and I know no one here wants to give up their dollar tacos or Santiagos Green Chili.
If there was a way to somehow asses the illegal populous and eradicate those who leech off of taxpayers and reward those who positively contribute, for example restaurateurs or people working for legit businesses that aren't paying them under the table etc., by expediting their legalization process I would be all for it. But I just don't think that logistically that could ever happen

I understand where I can fail to be objective and I can seek out opinions or advice of those that are suited to remain objective. I don't trust any politician, but I trust the science behind my opinions, and I trust that those opinions will help me make the smartest decisions.
I have VERY right and left wing opinions on many many issues. When its time to vote, I ignore all of those. All opinions are flawed to some degree, because they are all based on such a limited scope of reality, the only valid decision making tool is science. Provable, repeatable, testable, observable, predictable science and math. Controversial political descion? Look at the science on both sides of the argument, decide which side based the most of their argument off of accurate, documented science, and pick that side. Fuck the other one. In every situation, this works. No tradition, no feelings, no religion, no personal ambition. Just science.
And guess which party ends up having almost every one of those decisions go their way?
