Okay, as you all know, the price of a ski ticket these days is simply outrageous. I am aware that there are some places out there that are reasonable in their pricing, but overall, we are gettinc scammed by the owners of these huge resorts, and franchises. What I am starting today, will be of epic proportions. I invite anyone and everyone who is interested to join me in the quest for cheaper more reasonably priced ski tickets. Please, if anyone is interested in joining a ski 'union' to try to get these multibillionaire's to give us a break on the money we spend, just let me know in a reply to this message, and I will begin to set things up. Please, if you feel my idea is stupid, dont waste your time responding. Just let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

lift tickets are a jip, but i dont think my season pass is that bad. for $320, i get breckenridge, keystone, araphaoe basin, and 10 days at vail and beaver creek. but it would be nicer if it was cheaper

i think these bastards could give a fuck less if a group of core riders tried to do anything, they don't care about us, they only care about all the rich tourists that will come and spend their money no matter what..

if only there was an actual way to make a difference though.. maybe if someone ran a ski hill and changed shit around they would get way more business than everyone else and everyone else would have to change.. i dunno man

you are stupid if you ever pay full price.. i have a stratton season pass, okemo pass, and willard pass and i only payed 300$. there are always ways to get around paying alot

i agree that lift tickets are a little steep these days but if you really get out that much just get a seasons pass and if you dont just get like 2 day tickets they save you like 15 bucks, thats what i do.

 
i commend your efforts man. it will be a very hard ventu8re because corporate america wants bling bliung no matter what. the statistics will show that a vast majority of people buying full price lift tickets are the tourists that come from hells half-acre to spend alot of money. there is a market for the high prices, and so the high prices will stay. it is true however that one can attain discounted lift tickets. Whistler, for example: 59 bucks a day ticket. BULLSHIT!!! what you can do is go online and pre-book 3 day lift tickets for just over 100 bucks. they just showup at guest services and give em a confermation number, and your in! but every movement starts with one person, so keep it up, and dont bother listening to the bullshit that people post on here, they are lonely and feel the need to be fucks.

I still think the video game would work. And as far as a 'little guy' owning a resort I think Alpine Meadows (in LT) is opening some eyes with 39 buck tickets. I think we could at least open some ears if there were enough of us bitching and complaning enough.

 
Dude my Season PAss was 253 for all season Skiing at any time. I bought it way early so it was way cheaper

i bought a copper season pass for 219$

i bought a a-basin pass for 90 sumthin

i dont think passes are a problem

price are redicules for lift tickets. i have a season pass to big bear that wasn't too bad but i can't afford to go to other mountains because a lift ticket is like $50
