I got 28 without cheating. I spent about 15 minutes. Haha...3 years of doing codebreaking amuzement books on school bus rides for different things finally paid off. Here are the ones I didn't get:

I just got 28. It wouldn't accept my bakers loaves one which I'm POSITIVE is right. I also didn't get 9 P in S A, 6 B to an O in C or some of the ones with weird parentheses. Oh well. That was fun!
