that is quite the claim by freeskier. the best trick is really hard and nearly impossible to decide...but one of the first things that comes to mind is simon's 1260 during his pipe run in the xgames. it is a huge trick that nobody ever does, in the biggest comp of the year, and he stomped it. not saying that there weren't better because there are i'm sure, but that is what i thoguht first.
 
Freeskier is all on Pete's balls. It's insane. I would hope it's because he is a sick skier, but in actuality I think it is because Freeskier is a shitty ass publication that is conveniently based in Boulder where Pete lives. They are to lazy to get anybody else content in their magazine.
 
yep... How many pages can you fill with the same 3 people, shit makes me sick. Get some diversity, I never renewed my subscription to Freeskier for this reason, I find the content to be very uninteresting.
 
oh man my bad, i forgot about the "steeziest" part in the post...in that case i totally recall my post about the 1260 being steezy, completely. steeziest is a tough call though. i'll think about this.

Yeah. You can't claim anything about "best trick" or "steeziest" or anything of that sort. Skiing is all about personal preference. And I can think of many more tricks I like more than his. Anything Vanular or Clark does is pretty badass. steeziest ride aways in the biz.
 
dude no grab cork spins are where its at...but it doesnt matter if they land in pow or not.... like tanner's no grab cork 3's in 1242 is soo sick. no EPIC

Freeskier fucking sucks! its all commerical bull shit, there are not realy articles just ads and some bullshit interviews... i deffinatly do not feel any passion or love for skiing when i read freeskier. the should acctually write about narley shit people do skiing and crazy experiences skiers have and the skiers themselves.
 
i personally dont like that trick at all... but pete is a sick skier overall but that trick is just kinda gay i think. Not hatin on pete though. i think that the steeziest trick ever has to have been done by rainville, decker, or possibly vanular

I liked Pollard's tree ride in Idea.

I really like what I am seeing from the Montage, Inc. crew. Stu Halverson, Malone, Garrett Russell, style out the wazoo.
 
pete o is at his steeziest when he makes fun of people learning how to ride switch because he's just that much cooler. even mike douglas said he doesn't have style. ouch.

 
Topic over. I saw it live and I nearly shat myself. It was especially steezy in contrast with the huckfest that was going on...so floated, so corked.

Tim Russel cab 7 truck at the newschool picknick comes to mind...Vanular nose butter 5 thing in LSS...The Pete O misty 5 truck is good, but not that great, plus his only other tricks (in Yeah Dude) are the whiskey flip and a very ugly true tail.

"oh no, Freeskier claimed something that I don't like"....big effing deal. Did you bother checking out the magazine for all the other content that is sick? Did you bother reading Peter's interview, or did your ADD kick in after trying to piece together words into sentences? Effing kids nowadays, get all bent out of shape when someone expresses their opinion, whether it be a magazine or person. Disagree...that's fine. Don't whine about it because they didn't pick Mikael's cork 5 blunt from forever ago.
 
First of all, I don't like Solomon as a company at all.

However this is a perfect example of Olenick's lack of tact and class. He acts like a dirtbag, so Solomon treated him like one.
