My dad just booked flights today I'm super stoked anyone been up there recently what's it like good snow? Good park? +K for answers!

Haven't been up there since last summer, but the park last summer was FRESH!.. a lot of rails and box's.. 2 half pipes and a decent kicker line.. Wondering about the conditions up there aswell. I'll be up there two weeks. Can't wait!

thinking about going this weekend, anybody else going or know how the conditions are? im having trouble finding info on their website

Their site isn't really up to date, but check out www.wettricks.com and then l2A snowpark... there is also a link on the snowpark site. They keep that site up to date with pictures... check it out!

i know the snow conditions are excellent up there, some of the best in recent years. not sure about the park but i have to say i would think it's in great shape. probably the best park in the world that's currently open i would say.

i was there a couple of weeks ago and it was in great shape, the rails were a little dodgy but the jumps were legit

thanks for the info, im living just outside of geneva for the summer so i will be up there as well as saas fee

They opened for the summer today, so i find that highly unlikely.
As far as i can see it's looking pretty epic up there, they're promising about 20 cm of fresh over the next couple of days. The park should be a 100 % in a week or so.

well then clearly i was refering to the winter park, im sorry i dont know when each parks close's and opens just so that i can change my advice a little

I'm heading out to 2 alpes in a few weeks for some glacier park riding. Went out last year same time of year and the park was sick!

Well seeing that the winterpark closed on the 26th of april, at the time you were writing "a couple of weeks ago" it was actually more like 7-8 weeks, and i guess you would expect that you had realised that we moved intp summer, basically thats a pretty big margin of error, just sayin. And from what i've heard you would have to change your advice a lot, seeing that everyone says that the winterpark is shit, and that the summerpark is the illest. Just sayin.

No.
The park in winter isn't shit, I like their park alot!I never been tot the summerpark, but it smees very nice, but the winterpark was cool too, new rails and jibs and a good kickerline, also the park is made longer so you can jib before you do the jumps...

I don't know but last year was really cool!! untill the wind fucked up most of it. ill be there around july 17!! going to be a fun time :D

see it isnt shit, and to the guy who is arguing against me you should get some manners, i was replying to the thread to help people not to debate dates and fight petit arguments with ungrateful little shits, Just saying.

Well whether or not the winterpark is shit is a subjective thing, everyone i've spoken to have said it was shit. I guess it depends what you compare it to, and comparing it to the summerpark everyone i know seems to think it's shit, so your conclusion that it is not shit is invalid.
What i pointed out was the fact that you weren't helping anyone, in fact your were doing quite the opposite by giving an account of the winterpark instead of the summerpark that the question pertained to. The fact that you cant remember when you did what should'nt effect people looking for an answer to a legit question, so i pointed out that you were wrong. In the future i suggest you read the threads you reply to, and try to keep a grasp on where in time you actually are, anything else is just wasting everyones time. You little shit.

Don't know how the conditions are now, but i'm going around the 17th of July for a couple of weeks, stoked ^^

You contradicted yourself in the first paragraph by saying at first that it is subjective and then giving your friends account and then trying to use that as proof that you are correct.

Wether i was helping anybody or not is irrelivent as i was doing it out of good intentions, as already stated, and as is already obvious i did not know that the summer park had opened so you do not have to continue to bring that up. That leads me to believe is that you are only arguing with that one fact for which has already being brought to light.

Next time stop being so counter society and tell somebody politely that they may mean the winter park, instead of trying to insult their intelagance. This thread started with people just trying to help other skiers but you just made it into an argument. So now can we stop this silly fight like i have already asked and put it behind us?

And using an insult at the end i had already used shows great imagination!

Yeah, I know, what I tried to say was that I haven't been there recently, so haven't seen it myself yet.English is not my first language, so sometimes what I want to say doesn't really come across, sorry

First of all, you were the one to conclude that the winterpark isn't shit, i never concluded that it was, just stated that i have heard from many people that it is and because it's a subjective thing you can't conclude anything but the fact that it is subjective. If you read my comment closely, you will find that i never concluded anything. A lesson to you, don't make wild unbased conclusions about subjectively defined things.
So because you did it out of the goodness of your heart, it is IRRELEVANT that the information you gave was completely misleading? Come on, even you don't believe that!
Counter society, where did that come from? Would you care to explain that term to me? I don't want to insult your INTELLIGENCE by not knowing what it means!
Well, you called me a little shit, so i thought it only fair to call you one too. Guess we both have great imaginations!
Dude just chill out, don't get all mad because you got called out for making a megafail comment in a legit thread, take it like a man! I'll see you in 2 Alpes in two weeks for some shreddin!

Just got back from a day skiing there it's so dope masive kicker line and a rail run next to it, two massive halfpipes ow and bluebird skys! Only bad thing was loads of gaper snowboarders in groups in the in runs and landings

they probably have around 1 metre to 1 metre 30 cm cause thats how much tignes has on its glacier at the moment

you picked the right place to go man, also the kumi yama's on from the 2nd to the 4th of july if you're up there and the park's gonna be packed with crazy japanese themed features ;) Also make sure you go to the avalanche club :)

I was there last year! The park was incredible!
SO DOPE!!!!!
It's a fantastic place for summer skiing....the summer park is bigger than every winter park in Italy XD
And in the afternoon and evening you have a lot of things to do!
There is a small skatepark, moutainbike freeriding, MTB slopestyle.....
