Lenses?

it's kind of a noob question but can you use a digital camera lens on a digital camcorder? Or are they not compatable in any way?
 
Oh man ha, not at all man. You need a 35mm adaptor to use removable lenses on digital cameras, 99% of digital cameras have fixed lenses, while a dslr has removable lenses.
 
are you any good at filming? you should know the cheapest one ive seen with quality i actually liked was a like 1300.

these are devices that project an image from your lens to a vibrating piece of glass inside the adapter run by a small motor which is then focus on by your camera to capture the image.

not cheap and unless your filming with a decent camera its not worth it too buy because im pretty sure you have to buy it too match up with your thread size.

i dont actually own one but looking into buying once i upgrade my camera so if anyone of this is wrong correct me.
 
yes that is one im pretty sure thats a redrock m2 which are around 1700 i think but double check.
