Lego ski movie that i made...

so yea, me and my boy who has his own studio and is pro tools certified are finally puttin sound to the World Lego Skiing Invitational...

a question for the masses...if i finish it and its dope you think any ski movie company (preferably one sponsored by dynastar haha) would pick it up and throw it in the extras? i think thatd be pretty cool

because it has mad crazy detail, and it almost as realistic as the real thing

oh and it's probably the best 3-d animation i've ever seen
 
You should make that into a mastercard commercial, just be like:

A pair of troublemaker skis: 400$

A pair of poles: 30$

A pair of goggles: 100$

Actually thinking there is a World Lego Skiing Invitational: Priceless

dammit. I had a similar idea. I used my legos with their little skis, and made a killer terrain park. Ill put up some pics shortly. I WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE!
 
that movie was so sick. I had it set as my screen saver for a couple months. sound will make it soooo sweet.
 
ha you should copy a section of a ski video trick by trick and edit it to the song exactly the same
 
i thought about doin somethin like that just to improve my skill with human motion and such but then i realized itll be a HUGE bitch to model every single area that a jump or cliff takes place...so im thinkin about just animating a skier and compositing onto real footage and seein how real i can make it haha

only problem is i have 3 jobs now and no friggin time to animate anything anymore

and yes dlite hes certified after a 2 year accelerated program down in florida so his sound skills are dope, just hope he makes a sick song for it
 
Play juice (know the ledge) and start the song when the guy reachs the stairs. Correct me if I'm wrong. but I think thats how it went.
 


i could give a fuck about juice know the ledge.

i want to here the skiing. sound effects. the crowd. not rap music. hopefully thats what is going to be going down. im sure this kid is smart enough to do something creative like that.

mad crowd sounds, and snow sounds hopefully close to the real thing...its soundin good so far
