Legit cliffs/rope swing areas in NH

I know someone created a similar thread very recently, but that was for

places around Boston. But summer is getting started, and I'm sure some

of you guys know some good spots in and around NH. I know a really

good line of cliffs along the Saco river in Souther Maine, but I don't

know about anywhere else. Anyone know any good spots?

I'm curious too, more around the concord area. The quarries outside concord have some 40 +/- foot cliffs, but I don't know beyond that.

exit 32, dont quote me on that, off 93 has some huge ones, ill get the ligit exit tommore.

if your looking southern nh, there are some sick ones in hampstead nh, but the guy that owns the land is a dick and has called the cops on me anf friends before

going west on the kangamaus(however you spell it), about 10 minutes out side on n.conway, there is a good one

some good rope swings on the conneticut in the Upper Valley region. pm me if your actually in the area... you must be shown, not told.

Is the Upper Valley region around Lebanon? I was hoping for some closer stuff, since the ropes and cliffs in Maine are only 45 minutes away.

exit 32 is loon mountain!

But in rochester, down the street from the country club there is the Waste Managment sanctuary, the Isinglass river runs through it and there are 20 - 40 foot waterfalls ou can jump off, definately check out the water depth, I went their when I was like 8 and I might be exaggerating the high, but some college kids I remember were doing gainers off it. Nevertheless its a sick place to hang out.

if your lookin for a fuckin sweet rope swing i know of a killer one in South Berwick Maine, its on an island in the middle of a pond, dont know the pond name but its off route 4, if your a good swimmer you can just swim out but if your not confident in your swmming ability def. bring a floating device (people drown before tryin to swim out) its a gnarly swing and you can climb the only tree on the island and jump into the water or swing from branchs or the island itself, one of the coolest iv ever done hit me up for more details if your intrested, i would probably be down to hit it up with you if your not a weenie haha.....

livermore falls in plymouth, right on the pemi. sickest rope swing ive ever done, plus cliffs from like 15-60 feet. and theres an old sketchy bridge you can walk out on, from the top its well over 100ft drop. also the durham tressle and wisswall bridge in durham on the lamprey river are fun.

i live in exeter.

we have a sick ass ropeswing thats tied to a tree you can treat like a cliff. 65 foot drop from the top of the tree. not sure about the ropeswing the po took it down when i was there

there is first bridge in north conway and on the river in both directions there are rope swings if your driving from the village. And in east conway the road right after the police station on the right there is a trestle pretty high from the top and there is also a rope swing.

nothing too crazy but in Andover NH about 20 mins from concord on route 11 theres a bridge with a 25 foot drop and a gnarly rope swing with a little deck to launch off of. Check the water level before jumping off the bridge though. the rope swing is always fine. If you turn off on the street that is next to the only gas station in Andover, Jakes market, it is a few minutes down the street.
In that area, if you continue down route 11 leaving Concord the first street on your left after driving by a big soccer field will take you to a covered bridge next to which is a tressle with a sick 30 ft drop.
I would only reccomend going to these places if you were really close or really bored

Its off Bennett Rd which is off 108, you park when you get the the bridge going over the railroad tracks then walk along them for a bit until you get to the trestle

Ammonoosuc Falls near Mt Washington is my favorite place. All different size cliffs. Base Station Rd off rout 302 in NH.

I'm actually going out there tomorrow hopefully. Fucking sick and super clean water. If you want more info shoot me a pm.

^ammonoosuc is gnarly, saw a kid come up short and smash his head on a rock from a 25 foot or so jump a few years ago there. probably the scariest thing thats ever happened to me. i honestly thought he was dead but i think he turned out to be ok.

theres a spot on the kanc highway on the conway side, i think a few miles before lower falls, thats pretty sick too. water depth can be an issue especially now since its been forever since its rained but there are a few different levels idk maybe 10 ft, 20 and 50? super fun though
