Leggos Vs Knex

shittttt... just reading the toy thred and i was wondering what was the domanat bulding toy.. now tinker toys are out of the race cause there wood.. but id say you could build way bigger things with knex
 
i built a whole city out of knex i had buildings a gym pool roller coaster ferris wheel and even people.

KNEX>legos
 
lego was the bomb tho. and they had villages, and different people, and boats and castles and all sorts of amazing shit
 
i made more stuff with lego but i made some cool shit with knex. remember the great ball factory and all the knex mining stuff? i had the knex lost mine computer game and it was fuckin sick. i had one thing it was a knex miner or something it had a huge wheel on front and motors it moved forward and the wheel turned
 
Man one of my best childhood friends probably had the biggest lego collection in our city. That kid had a room in his basement dedicated to that shit. Sooooooo much fun.
 
not as good as mats, but my brothers and i had a tub the size of a coffee table full to the brim of legos.
 
yeah lego is sweeter. i had a whole city with cars, houses, a car dealership, a marina, docks, beaches, some stores, and i made a sweet snow groomer but i didnt have a mountain. i did one time try and make a chair lift but it didnt work out to good.
 
lego was awesome. I loved that stuff. I never had Knex but I also had Googlplex (sp?) or something like that.
 
Legos own everything. I attribute my success in like so far from my obsessive play with legoes. I made the ship from "The Perfect Storm" once, it was SO sick, and I sent it in, but they never published it. Douche Bags. My cousin used to make huge Gundams out of legos. I had K'nex too, i used to make motorcycles out of them.

legos were easier to put together and stuff but like somebody else said you can be way more creative with KNEX and build stuff that actually moves and shit. Yopu could actually play with KNEX creations, legos just looked cool and then you destroyed them to make something new.
 
i once made a chairlift that actuallly worked with knex and lego. of course my dad helped me, but it still was a chairlift

I'll let you decide wchich is cooler. I myself am going with Legos, cuz they've been with me since the beginning.
 
you can actually play with your knex stuff and have a less chance of getting it broken and having to rebuild it again than legos. but i like building legos better
 
legos are seriously my favorite toy of all time

i spent so much time building lego forts and making mini battle feilds with castles

i love legos
 
Lego Lego Lego, the lincon stuff was the best!! But nowadays most lego pieces are huge, there is less to leave to the imagination when building,
