the legal system is wicked fucked up. this thing i just saw on tv was about this 70 year old lady who got raped, and the guy got away with only 6 months in jail.

I like to think that on average the legal system works and we just hear about the odd cases where people get lucky/have money. Raping an old lady like that deserves more than 6 months though.

the only thing that makes it sort of better is that afterwards the son went to the house where the rapist was sleeping, and then he and the cops beat the shit out of the guy with a bat.

a kid brought a gun to my old middle school last year and he got out of jail time iwth 2 months of house arrest 200 hours of community service and all these classes to see if he was sane and shit

he fucking shot 2 kids one by ricoshay but still no one died tho

its fucking rediculous

i got 88 hours of community service 10 different classes and 4 days of jail time for sneaking out with my moms car when i was 13

ahahha that school was so fucked up tho

my history teacher got arrested for child pornography when i was there then we had drivebys cus the school was in the hood i hated it and to top it off the schools innetials are PMS

and im not counting the time he spent in jail before he went to court. They plead guilty but they said "this was the first time this child has acted out and all the tests he took where good or some shit"
