Legal question help me

Ok because my probation paper never said im gunna get tested it just said do not possess or be under the influence of any drug sooo idk thoguhtit was questionable
 
Well the real question is, what drug would you want to take if you weren't being tested? Tell us that and then the frequency of the tests (more than likely they'll be random) and we could tell you a little more.
 
i think hes asking if anyone has been on teh same probation, and if you get tested at all, presumably marijuana.
 
that means dont get caught under the influence or in possession of illegal drugs. You dont wanna violate your probation, especially if it's a pretty lenient one. Just don't put yourself in stupid or shady situations. You can still smoke herb but don't do it driving in a car or on private property or somewhere dumb that will get you caught
 
Probation officers usually set their times. In a perfect world, there are rules and regulations. In the real world where where officers have multiple cases juggling people, it's a little different.

But I get what you're saying. He could have a straight laced dude.
 
I agree. Make sure u always have bleach (i.e. tide to go) because if you put bleach in ur piss nothing will show up on your test. Trust me, I went to a rehab boarding school last year.
