Legal ns'ers. Bar/club vs pub

I'm legal in Canada, which is a very short drive from me, and I've been to both...I agree that bars can be annoying with as you said, tapout shirts and top 40 hits, and a pub is a nice place to go, get a drink, chat with some friends, but if you wanna get a girl, then bars it is, cause usually the girls at bars are pretty slutty, at least from my experiences.
 
Pub/dive bar. Way cheaper drinks, cooler people, and no annoying as shit electronic/top 40 music. Only go to clubs for bands I like and occasionally the one DnB club we have in LA even though the DJ's are usually pretty bad.
 
You live in Cheney... WA thats like a suburb of spokompton lol... No wonder the bars suck.
Pubs all the way, better service, better beer and way better atmosphere.
 
pubs hands down. i regular the one right down the street from my house so i bank on the fact that i never have to pay for a cab or find a ride home.
 
Our local pubs and bars are full of alchoholized 50 year old men smelling like shit.

But if i wana go actually drinking then its: friends place -> pub -> club

If im in for like just 5 beers and hang out with friends on weeknites, then its pubs , just have to make sure that any random alchoholics wont get into our corner tables

 
i hate going to clubs...probably because i get enough of that scene as a dj. i'd much rather go chill at a lounge with a few drinks n friends.
