Legal help with urban

Trust me if the police show up the 55$ fine might be the least of your concerns. They can fine you disturbing the peace, damage to public property, loitering...etc. They can also confiscate your skis. There are so many umberella laws that they can nail you with so don't even try to plead ignorance or argue a technicallity. Definately don't try to use some half baked reference to what some NSer kid said online. If you get busted they can nail you for alot more than 55$. You are pretty much at the mercy of the officer that shows up....

Of course they could just give you a warning and tell you to scram.... You guys are in ski gear wearing ski boots and cannot run or just skate away, so expect the worst....especially since it will take you almost an hour to set up for a flat long rail like that....
 
Just act chill around the cops if they come around. Don't argue with them because like a bunch of other people said they'll nail you on something else.
 
U.S.A not everywhere in you're beloved country is like you're safe suburban neighbourhood. Some Ghettos in the states are straight up 3rd world livin
 
My cousin found a sick rail near his house. Only problem was that its right beside the police station. he was going to go in and ask about it dont know what happened if he did it or not
 
just go for it life is about chances,in the unlikely case someone cares and is not interested in what your doing, you will probably just get asked to move, just comply you will be fine.
