Leg problem

i have one trouble.all time i ski 2 or 3 days i got a leg hurt. from knee to the foot my muscle is painful.... what i can do?? i got this specially when i land backward.
 
I've gotten these before too and I was gonna try to get a soccer shin guards and wrap them around my legs to disperse the blows a lil more... might help.
 
Stand on one foot, and lift your toes up 20 times, then switch feet. Do the same again but lift your heal up. And do this after icing.
