leg exercises?

what are some good ones. i want to strengen my legs and shit before next ski season. i want my skis to be two demensional whores to my feet.

 
squats,curls,presses,calf raises, and do some stairs,lots and lots of stairs,do it alternating feet,then with one,and do variations with it and also carry dumbbells to add weight,it builds leg strength like mad

definately squat...i think i did 195 today..i go a few days a week few sets of 10

gym for sure... leg presses and squats do lots for ya. Leg rises too. The bike is always good but somthing like soccer is more fun but less effective.

dodgeball and nuts = a few guys on the floor crying and many laughing

skiing or sex... good question????

 
Walking up the stairs backwards works your skiing muscles. They best thing though is just skiing.

hack squats...and wall sits are awesome too...leg curls are the bomb diggity especially if you have shinbang cuz you can still work your upper legs without killin the shins

squatting is a bar with weight on your shoulders holding on with 2 hands legs shoulder width apart and you go all the way down and back up

You might also want to consider extending your strong legs to strong abs and lower back. Your legs can be as strong as all get out, but if your abs and back can't hold your body together you have nothing. Crunches and reverse crunches where you lay on your stomach and lift with your back are good. Be careful to lift with your muscles not just swing you upper body around.

 
swimming? that doesn't create a whole lot of muscle, its just like running.
