I bought both white and black size XL Leedom Prophet helmets in May and will only be using the black one next year, so I thought I'd list the white one for somebody who wants a good deal on a brand new helmet
it lists for $140 retail, and I will sell it for $85 shipped anywhere in the US
the Leedom Prophet is basically the same as a Giro Fuse, yet fits heads sizes that fit in a Giro Nine (9). People who fit in the Fuse rarely fit in the Nine, it's a different head shape required.
I'm selling the size XL in white, which is the **equivalent to the size L** Giro Nine (9) ....ie. Prophet's need to be one size larger than Giro's for the same head .... it measures 59 cm around. Mine seems to fit a bit more snug than my Giro Nine, even though the Prophet is listed as an XL and my Nine is listed as a L.
it has the same kind of sliding vent system as the $149 Giro Fuse and in my opinion, is better made (more ventilation, more padding inside the helmet, more comfortable)
so essentially, you're getting the equivalent of a brand new $149 Giro Fuse in white for $85 and it fits like the Giro Nine (for thos eof you who wanted the Fuse but couldn't fit in it). It even resembles the Fuse.
it's the best helmet I've ever tried on and if it doesn't sell, I'd just assume keep it as a spare
