So I posted up a little bit ago to ask if anyone had this goggle, because at 50.00 at the time it seemed like a too good to be true sort of deal.
I ordered a pair, and said I'd give a brief review upon getting it.
this is an incomplete review, because I'm obviously not able to ski at this stage in the game.
that being said, I am hugely impressed with the quality of goggle and lens you are getting for the price.
goggle comes with 3 lenses, one bright, one low light, and one clear for night time riding.
they're magnetic, seem to swap out easily enough. I can't say if there will be any issues with that while riding, but they seem solidly on when they're on.
The frame is sturdy, there's a little torsional flex to it, but it feels good.
the strap is decent, they have the little sticky friction attachments (anti slip strap) on the inside of it for holding onto the outside of a helmet, although I imagine most folks will be wearing this under their helmet.
The size of the lens is impressive. I'm coming from an old pair of Smith CR Johnson I/Os, which at the time I bought them had a huge lens, but 10 years later things have progressed. The shape seems to be able to fit with my smith helmet.
if you're looking for an affordable, quality goggle, with a few lens options, you could do much much worse.
very happy with my purchase so far. they're currently on sale for 68.00, which i think is still a steal.
