Ski-hobo, that comment about Sarah having a handicap of being a girl is so no cool. Do you want girls to stay in the sport? You have to give them recognition for what they're doing. Girls haven't been it the game as long as guys, so we're a little behind.

 
to muteman: jon mcmurray actually has really nice style, you jsut dont see it so much in sm3, all he does there is that backflip to rail, you should see strike 3, he has a wicked segement in that movie

fuck that dude dash has the smoothest style on rails. I would have to say shane szocs in happy dayz or shannon schad. Props to schad cuz he has been doin sick backcountry tricks way before everyone else was, but at the end of every tricks he boners out and like flails the spin around.

tuffelmire is sick. he has old school style. it's not clean style but that pic of him doing that daffy off the cliff in the last freeze was my favorite shot in the whole mag. it's cool it's own way but not my type of skiing.

style's i'm not a big fan include tanner hall, candide thovex, mikeal deschenaux, and pep fujas. those guys suck, they should learn to throw some spreads and kosacks.

i know we are talking about skiers here, but as far as style goes ryan nyquist has the least amount of style out of any sport.... i seriously hate watching him ride ... i always fast foward his segments

i think its reaslly tough for anyone here to say who has nice style and who doesnt if you dont ride with the person. cause you only get to see the shit that people put in moves, you dont get to see any riding the person does. i thought mike wilson sucked cause he only thorws rodeo5 and flairs, but then i read some article that said how nasty he really is. so you cant really judge how styleee a person is unless you ride with them

the only pro i've ever ridden with (skiing) is eric pollard, sage cattabriga, chris collins, griffin cummings, and Skogen Sprang when i went to windells in the summer of 01' and i was so enthralled by their overall skill...they were all such amazing skiers..i'd have to say Pollard is the styliest outta all of them but thats just cuz he doesn't move in the air...skogen had the techyest moves outta all them..plus they were the coolest pros at that session cuz all the other were to absorbed in filming

I find it funny how you're saying someone has 'no style,' but to them it is their style. Everyone has a certain style, whether it is appealing to the public, that's a different story. And whoever said that Schad has little style, I disagree. He's pretty calculated with his moves, and he can really step it up if need be. He's been at it since the start, give him some credit. The Collins brothers have style too, at least I think so. Maybe not in the park, but at big mountain, Chris can rip some sick lines! I don't really think of skiers having little style, becuase it's everyone's own style that defines them.

Dave Crighton has really great Rail style in my opinion. On normal rails, he looks smooth. However, any arm flailing is probably on some of the hugely tech rails he does. I havn't really seen anyone else do kinks that change direction, some of the stuff he's been doing this year has just been pure crazy.
