so sick.

you should go for either LINE or Moment... I would really like to see what you could do with a pair of rockered skis. Check into Moment, seriously. Just don't expect to get paid much haha

you dont think it would do well im comps? i, as a judge for many comps including the us open see it as somthing different. Im just saying Lazy-Boy underflip or switch 10 no matter it shold be based on style and controle and landing. Or am i just to old school?

your not old school what u said is what its about style control landing with an empasis on not just hucking your meat and hopeing to make it back to earth in one piece .

i think lazy-boys would be sooo dope to see in comps. IMO, they're one of the coolest looking tricks skiing has seen in a while.

can somebody please post a video or some thing of them i realasie that there in an update somewhere (but the virus that is swelling in my brain is giving me a hedache no joke) and i cant find it.

ski sponsor: 4frnt or armada or start a ski company. or if your after big money get rex toput youon Atomic ok skis but mad $ ask ager lol.

goggles: Dragon

Clothing: Sunice: mad canadian company, lots of money same team as jf ballin.

k2 suks by the way they should pay seth soo much but dont.

lazy boys must stay. go back to line maybe? so they dont have only one pro. personally, you should ski for moment. yeah ski for moment. moement will be the best. well besides ninthward of course(j/k)

id say saga would be the most core clothing company, help those guys along, they seem like really cool guys trying to make a sick product

Turpin,

Lazy-boys are awesome. In every way possible. Please keep doing them. And bring on the flatspins like Duncan (skodeo) said!!

As for sponsors, I've gotta say you should find a company that you can get into that is looking for someone long term, and not just for their skiing skills. Think about the long term and find a company who will respect your ideas on the sport and a company that you might be able to phase out of pro-skiing into another sector within the company.

As hard as it is to think about, you're likely not going to be able to ski at a competative level forever.

Luv the La-Z-B's man, so steeze, butters to LaZ's would be even steezier.

9thward skis for that kinda steeze, Dragon or Von Zip gogs cuz there aint enough skiers sponsored by em and they rock, watev for poles n other shit.

you were my coach at coc camp d and dayyyummm deffinatly get back out there and competing!hopefully i can shred with you next summer too

skis - moment has some really sick designs and 4frnt is pretty bombass id have to say

bindings - i hate pretty much every binding except my 4frnt deadbolts and s916's

poles - joystick or scott for sure

outerwear - aeryx is pretty dope, and now that sunice has made a revival from the 80's they have some pretty legit stuff out too

boots - whatever you like and fit you right

gloves - pow gloves

goggles - smith

and keep the lazy boys and start back with flat 3's!

I like it. Anything different is always a good thing. It is very remenicient of a snowboarder taking off in a very aggressive carve with their hand on the ground.

Seemed to throw you in an interesting axis, so go with it. Plus its your own flavour which again is always good.

Nice to see ya postin on NS Turpin!

Everyone lets give three cheers for Chris Turpin!!

keep doin what your doin...never stop pushing the envelope as to whats possible on skis.

keep givin plenty of inspiration to the rest of us.

well those are all very good companeys and im glade i asked because there are some companeys i would have said that i thought where core that where never even broght up.

That gives me something to work on this week.THANX

As the heart and soel to the sport(NS memberes) where and what do you want to see me doing next year?(dont say killing it because lord knows im trying)

I only ask this because I want what you want.

and does it really matter who i ride for?

involve a pole trick into the lazy voy. like spread legs mid air and give both poles from one hand to another through your legs. would look sick!

honestly i feel that it does not matter who u ride for as long as you have a great time skiing and enjoying the sport but i cant hurt eh?

get creative in the BC. Make something cooler than a just your average cheesewedge jump in the BC.

I'm still thinking rockered skis.

Maybe get on board with the Idea thing, word is that it looks like they will be making another movie next year

i think you should get an up and coming headwear company too. Like birdshake headwear. I would like to see a venus fly trap flip or a nice switch front. but overall, just keep it steezy

somthing i always wish there was more of in ski flicks are linked tricks, like a line in skateboarding.

something like an effortless looking run through the park of switch rodeo 5, lazy boy 3/5, 9 or sw9 with a solid follow cam airing with you. bueno.

same type of thing for the BC (yea, i realize that this is difficult, but we're talking in theory here). even if they were tiny cliffs or windlips, linking a couple 1/3/5s smoothly with easy style would do it for me.

just some thoughts. also, as noted before, thanks for coming on here and making us feel heard as the followers and fans. good luck to ya.

when did free riding become more core? people were racing gates far early then they were dropping into half pipes, raging a bc line, or hitting the park.

just do whatever you think is fun, do something out of the normal and everyone will be suprised and be like dang that was sick. flat 3's and 5's fo sho and hten just mess around and have fun, if it looks like your having fun then people will want to watch it

I almost shat myself when I watched the vid of. Better not be a trend cause it's probably the sickest thing to happen since twintips. That might be exagerating a little but it's still pretty cool.

As for sponsors go with whoever will treat you best, I think everyone here wants to see you put together a sick segment in a big flick so if there's a company that can get you filming with PBP or MSP or one of the other big companies go with them.

pretty sure that every type of skiing has it's own "core" companies. And because Turpin is mostly a park skier, racing isn't core.

Anyways, be creative with the features you ski, Turpin. Just do what you want. And have variety, so nothing gets boring.

As for sponsors, it doesn't matter what gear you have, as long as you can ski and have fun.
