Lazy-boy a trick or a trend

keep doin it or was it a summer thing.I love doin it. What do you shredders think?

well, while im on here now let me ask you this. Who should i ski for as far as skis, poles, googles, clothes and any thing thats cool goes. This is no joke, i will take what you have to say and use it as ammo.

TURPIN

P.S-Thanks for all the support over the years. All the nice things posted on NS helped when times where tuff.

keep doing them they are so sick, just incorporate more tricks into them until eventually you get cork 10s and slay everyone.

just look at the videos from camp, hes usually the guy in the green, he basically sits back on the tails of his skis almsot does a handdrag and does the corkiest cork 5 you've ever seen, all steezed to your satisfaction.

uhh...... if you can pick and choose who you want to ski for then I hope that you choose who you want to ski for, if that is your thing............. or do you already have a rep of jumping around to whoever pays the most, then just go that direction and put yourself out to bid. does that make sense?

I think the lazy-boy is steeezy as fuck! I've only seen a few people doing them but goddamn it looks so cool from what I've seen. I dunno how many people will be doing them with style. I think the lazy-boy is sorta like how very few people can pull off spins with butters (off jumps).

Turpin you kill it man. Ever since I saw you doin those flatty 5's over that fucking 120 ft'er at Mammoth I have always loved your steeze. Especially those flat 3's. BRING BACK THE FLAT 3s!!! I love that shit.

"Who should i ski for as far as skis, poles, googles, clothes and any thing thats cool goes."

Well, I guess the first question would be: Who sponsors you now (if anyone), and if so, are you happy with:

A: the product

B: how they treat you

C the company as a whole: image, policies, goals, direction, etc.

lazy boys are dope don't stop, but you gotta get the clutch pop take off rolling as well

-windypants

i think that if you ever did one when it was entirely your hand and you were already corked off the jump like the hand drag 180s that seem so popular these days that that woud be sickest ever!

i would stick with what you got, just start filming with the big companies again, you definately have the tricks.

you should get a bad luty in camo, Oakley One peice camo suit, camo widsoms, Armada t shirt, Armada Ar6, salomon 912s and armada poles!~

Yeah man!! Stick with it!! loove the lazy booy!!

I agree with Duncan, bring back the flats!! Slso, bring back the seatbelt grab to kinda spraffy spin slow down thing that you were throwing in sw 7's at the wsi a couple years back...shit was steeezy as hell!!

And yeah, thanks for being steezy dude, seriously your flat spins in stereotype were just delicious, especially on that pow hip...just epic. And you pretty much invented skiing pipe switch.

and thanks for helping me with pipe at coc, and for just being stoked on everyone skiing there in general. you were out there all day getting amped on everyone, and that was really sick.

So yeah, ski for whatever company wants to have a good natured, easily approachable siiick skier on their team. I really don't mean to be hanging all over your D all like, and I'm not saying any of this stuff just becuase you're a pro or whatever, I'm not some little kid whos just phased by that. I've been skiing for a long time, and I do know a lot about freesking, and I mean it when I say you've been a very influential rider.

They are kinda cool, I might try them when there is snow and too cold to wakeboard.

The hand drag stuff is a trend, but its also a trick, and like truckdrivers, it will keep on being done. Its good to find new things to do on skis.

keep doin what youre doin!! i'd call the lazyboy a trick, not a trend. ski for armada bro--super solid products.

dude you rock take a company that has the same views and direction as yourself. make sure you like their product and styles too. good luck dude and bring back the seat belts!

keep the lazy boys and the clutching goin

i'll for sure be clutchin it onto rails alot next year as well as lazyboying anything i can

you gotta stick with the most core companys out there son ex. redbull, mt dew, oakley, K2, mcdonalds, target, maybe a little jbc action wit wendyz. oh yeah and dont forget it doesnt matter how well you ski its all in the steez. XXXXL=TOTAL DOMINATION.

Seem sketch as hell to try cause if you do it too much/don't take enough speed you die.

what was the greeny outerwear you were wearing at the end of this season? looked pretty sick

lazy boys are epic.. i just started doing them this weekend at snowparknz and i cannot get over them... i reckon they are a legit trick and add a little hot sauce to our sport.

ur gunna grab befor u take off ? i hope u dont plan on throwin anything more than a 180 cause there is no way u would be able to load up for a spin like that

lazy boys look super sick.

as far as who you should ride for, youve obv had sponsers in the past(k2..?) did you like them? this is my opinion and i might get flamed or whatever, but i really dont care who pros "rep" as far as the whole sponsership stuff, and im pretty sure some other people will agree with me that when your doing sick tricks and doing awsome stuff it doesnt really matter who your sponsered by, it really only matters how/why your doing awsome tricks, if that makes sense. i would say you should try to get a sponser that would treat you good in all the aspects of the sport(repping their gear, etc.)and that also includes the money becuz face it bro, your like everyone else you always need it

oh and to add to my post above and to answer your question about core companys, im sure you know that a lot of companys are really "core" these days. each individual company, k2, line, rossignol, all of them, have at least 2 or 3 sick riders, so thats pretty much a factor on what companys people think are awsome, and also as time progresses alot of the industry is improving their gear and everything so there is something else to keep in mind

cuz that "alias" is 4 years old. plus it is summer and most people take a break from thinking. i do

If the person is actually Turpin, rock any company that doesn't make carving/racing skis, cuz those companies aren't core at all.

Oh, and Oakley is far from core

But hey, it's all in your personal preference

hmmmmmm, maybe i should change my icon...

but he did say that he liked skiing before snowboarding.

no JIBCULTURE for you, if Plake had his magic wand

and i never said K2 was core

thats what i was thinking too...maybe i could 3 but id have to find the right jump i think..i dunno.

it seems like a rad idea though.
