so some buddys came back from high north and said that tom wallisch was doing "lazy Boy 3s" is there a vid of one?

maybe, i don't even know if that's what he was talking about, it seems to fit the name though, and it is surely a cool picture.
 
yea turpin was doing crazy take-off hand drags like that on the biggest jump at coc.
 
im not positive but i think Chris just came up with them this summer. its not just a hand drag but you pretty much take off in your sit tuck while carving. its so intense
 
yeah hand drag like wayne wong style on the backs of your skis and then let that set the rotation for a cork
 
turpin is probably the most underrated skier out there right now. this guy kills it sooo hard with the sickest shit that no one else does, like these lazyboys...he was also doing lazyboy CORK 180s. soo baller.
 
yeah turp was teachin em to everybody at hn, and he was getting everybody to lazyboy the down rail on the last day.
 
haha wow I thought it was pretty cool doing that on the tiny 5 foot jump in the public park but man Turpin doing it on the 50-60 footer?! that's acctually really crazy

TURPIN IS THE MAN!!!!! he was doing grab changes way back in focused, people thought it was gay then, now their pretty much the hottest shit ever.

He's got the doubles going, lazy boy 3s and 5s are one of the sickest things I've ever seen. Not bad for somebody who never skied till he was 20.

 
it is one of the craziest things ive seen on skis. he was doing em in may when i was at whistler...came haulin into a 55-60 footer sitting on his tails and took off like that, dropped the illest corked 3. it's not just a hand drag off the lip.
