Lax, or aseball?

I am not familiar with this game of "aseball."

baseball. there's something so relaxing about hangin out with your friends, watching the game while still conversing, knowing that you can anticipate action and things can be exciting at those moments when the game is tight and the bases are loaded. it's a pretty unique sport to, in that one single play can make such a difference. in most other sports, you can really only score one point at a time. In hockey or lacrosse, for example, you can only get one goal on a play, so if your team is down by 3 there's still a long way to go. in baseball, if you're down by 3 and the bases are loaded, one swing of the bat can change everything. you can get a come-from-behind win on a single play, without having to tie the game first. i also really like the way there's never a break in the action. you get your commercial breaks in between innings, when they're making a player substitution. you know that you'll never have to worry about having things get exciting and then 'welllll noww it's time for a one minute tv time out'.

but hey, i grew up watching baseball, playing baseball, so i'm always going to love it.
 
Bro, you gotta go with lax, bro. Its so totally flywheel bro. Like I just got back from playing a nude game of lax with my bros. We were checking out each others bodies while playing but its totally not gay bro.

why? why is this thread necessary and why are there already 10 like it.

theyre different and not even comparable. compare hockey to lacrosse if you really want cause at least they have similarities, otherwise its simply personal preference. There is no way a sport can be 'better' lol

lacrosse is more fun than baseball to play. it is much faster paced and the contact is also a plus because i like bumping into boys. (10 on the bumping into boys but the rest is serious)
 
Lax is more fun and overall a cooler sport.
Baseball actually means something and has a professional league and people actually care about it though.

i personally, like lax more because im a hockey player and they have similar qualities. most of my friends would says baseball. both are a completely different game so its kinda hard to compare. neither one is cooler than the other
 
when I play a sport I want to actually run around, the fact that it's physical is a bonus. I love lacrosse, hockey, football, basketball and soccer. Baseball is too slow paced and more like golf than anything else. If I wanted something easy and relaxing I would much rather golf
 
try to beat out an infield single, stretch a single to a double, triple, or even an inside the parker. its so much like golf.
 
lax is just a poor man's hockey. don't have the skill to skate, can't handle a puck sliding around the ice? here, just take this little net-stick and run around flicking a ball to each other.
 
I like playing both. I played lacrosse my junior and senior year of high school and it was tons of fun. And the whole lax bro thing is a stupid steriotype, at least in my high school. All the "bros" were on the baseball team, there were no bros on the lacrosse team. I choose lacrosse over baseball though, the whole game pump the adrenaline through your blood like crazy when you are playing.
 
anyone who says baseball is for pussies has not played a decent level of ball.
either that or they were pussies when they did play.
 
I grew up playing baseball so that automatically gets my vote. Plus have you been paying attention the the post season so dope this year. Giants Braves series was crazy, 2nd no hitter in post season history the Texas Rays series was awesome.

I never really got into Lacrosse but a bunch of my friends liked it. I have nothing against it just love baseball.

worddd. being from western alberta, i had only saw baseball games on tv. but this summer me and my friend went and visited his dad in cleveland, so we went to a couple indians games. and we also went down to pittsburgh for a game on the 4th of july.

the pirates were getting beat by the phillies 5-2 in the seventh. pirates got 6 runs in the seventh the crowd was going bonkers. just something about baseball that is a joy to watch.

and i 100% agree about the break between plays. you can talk for about 4 seconds then just turn to the pitcher. wish we had pro ball up here but i don't think it would last.

Baseball. I don't hate lax however, I just grew up with baseball and still love it. I love plaing baseball, going to games, and even watching it on tv.
 
lacrosse is a lot of fun when you aren't playing with lax bro douchers, some people just take it way too far
 
I mean easy physically. obviously both golf and baseball require a huge amount of skill and hand eye
