Because they lease their land through the forest service...it doesnt matter how much snow they get they always have a set closing date so stop complaining about it.

what highboy party? I think im gonna sit in devils castle this spring after alta closes with my sniper rifle and kill every animal I see, so in a few years we won't have to give up the land to "migrating animals" because there won't be any.
