Last day skiing

I would go Jackson, in Early Jan. with waist deep powder, but have it be blue bird and like a line of five perfect backcountry booters

Fernie in february with waist deep snow. Or possibly one of the many waist to chest deep days Bridger gets each year.

i would ski the biggest line in the world in Alaska with suffocating pow on a bluebird day if it was my last day skiing.

its funny that all of you guys say that you want to ski waist and chest deep pow. do any of you actually know how hard it is to ski in that much snow, having skiied in waist deep pow alot, its not easy work, your legs get tired in like 3 runs, and u have to know what your doiung, even landing in that shit is hard. unless you live in utah or somewere that can get that much snow, i think that u shouldnt say' yeah i would want a chest deep pow day'. when in reality you wouldnt be able to move.

thats just my 2 cents

Waist deep Powder at Jackson, with Line Prophet 130's..

With the tram still there. And perhaps X&Y Chute open.

Better?

I ended up skiing about 6 days this year where the powder was going over my shoulders, so I'd say I've figured out how to ride it. That, and the snow we get around here is usually super light so it's not too hard to ski in at all, all you do to land a cliff is lean back a bit and let the snow buck you onto your feet.

yea man i have skied that stuff and know first hand how tired you get, and your prob right, i dont want a chest deep pow day, but knee to waist deep, in the louis hike area with some b/c booters would be a good day
