personally i liked afterbang better. lame is better then any ski movie but afterband is so original and uber sick.

Afterbang is a benchmark by which all snowsports movies must judge themselves against. It is far and away the most entertaining, watchable movie i have seen our industry produce.
The thing is, people like to see movies that they can aspire too, but are not out of reach. Afterbang is funny, cool, and most importantly it hits a chord with the average rider. It shows flatland tricks, goofing around, small hits and people having fun.
of course there is a place for the aspirational film such as happy dayz; big mountain lines, huge backcountry kickers, massive parks etc. But for the average rider seeing shit that they could bust every day gets them stoked far more.
Thats my take on it anyway.
