Laing Steadicam

Hey M&A

I have been searching for a steadicam in the price range of 200-500 and the Laing catches my eye. Has anyone used it or not? Little sketched out buying one off ebay and amazon due to the fact they are hard to come across and there isn't a website, I can find that, for the actual manufacturer.

hmm seems weird to buy a product from ebay like that when it doesn't have a website. why do you need the whole vest? for that price you can get a glidecam hd2000 or 4000
 
Youtube it, pretty sure they're recommened as a lower cost alternative to the glidecam. Nitsan Simantov and Lucas Pfaff from the frugal filmmaker have done reviews as well as others I'm sure
