i wish i had the opportunity. lacrosse is a sick game, and looks like alot of fun. would be perfect for me too, cause i'm pretty good at hockey, and i'm a great runner. got good strong legs from skiing to, haha.

my brothers both played lacrosse when they were younger... I wish my parents had put me into lacrosse, I'd start now but I'd probably be awful in comparison to the other girls my age.

innurmural lax?? Seems weird how do the rules work?? N e way I play and it is def a great sport encompasses alot of skills in one sport so much fun..Very sim to hockey in many many ways, and dif for the obvious!

yeah I play and our season (well my coach is crazy and makes us run literally 5 miles and do circuts two weeks before the actual pre-season starts) I guess started a while ago.

well our school sux, so we couldnt get any funding.. we play every sunday and practice a couple days a week after 5.. we have enough ppl interested that we can play each other until next yr when we can get in a league... we all had to pay for our own equipment.. but most of the guys ganked there sticks.. and we are taking the middle school nets to our field once ohio warms up.. so thats what we consider "inurmural"

my school ..(even tho piss poor) found a way to make one....except we have to buy pads helmet sticks...but apparently theres gonna be one next year....never played...fooled around with a stick a little bit but im thinking since its the first year no one good will come play for us and i might blend in...

its so fun. the mml ( major league lacrosse) is kind of a joke though. the ncaa is the best by far.

I'm from CT and its pretty big, and played in prep school. Great sport. Its growing too, so there are finally good teams outside of the NY/MD/CT/PA area

I play for my school, upstate new york. We're going pretty hard core, i have a tournament this weekend in cortland. they only lacrose that's fun to watch is college. Also don't bash lacrosse until you try it, if you've plied hockey or a sport like that you'd really like lacrosse. And yeah i hate the work lax.

this is completely random but i was riding my skate board and a friend threw his lacross ball to me (without my knowing) so he bounced it off the ground. well with my speed (was being pulled by a bike) and the place the ball bounced, it went straight into my jaw and knocked me clean off my board. i suffered a cracked jaw and a minor concussion. never again, skateboards, stupid friends and lacross balls dont mix.

Lacrosse is a sick sport, played back in HS and loved it. I've been to a few pro games, but I still miss the real shit. I would recommend it to anyone who has never played.

Well! My school just got a girls lacrosse team and I tried out. Only 3 out of 70 people who signed up knows how to play. So I go to the tryout and like 11 people show up and I learned how and it's so fun! I got a huge bruise too.

I'm with Gene on this one. I love the fact that teams from Florida, Texas, California, Michigan, Colorado and Ohio are taking to all the New England/Mid Atlantic teams. I'm a huge fan of baltimore lacrosse, and I'm glad to have been a part of it, but it's really exciting to see your cocky ass friends get beat up on by some no name team from Florida. At 205 there were like 10 kids from outside the lacrosse powerhouses (MD, NY, CT etc...) on the all star team, which is crazy because they favor helmets so much. By favor helmets I mean that they would see a St. Pauls helmet, or a Landon helmet and automatically think that they could outplay these other guys.
