Lack of Boxes

I have just been thinking about the mountains on the east coast compared to that on the mountains on the western side. How come the east coast doesn't have as many box's as mountains like whister, bear, mammoth. Obviously these are 3 of the best mountains and parks in the world, but in the east its very unlikely to see nicely shapped box's. I mean you may see some here and there, like Sunday river has a few, but nothing like these western mountains. Is just the park designers out west, and the money situation? I dunno, I would like to see some more up here like some dope rainbow ones or some kinked out box's
