Kyleigh's Law in NJ

Honestly, that is extremely stupid. Its just going to lead to profiling of young drivers and it wont prevent an accident from happening. Any young driver who wants to drive after 11 is just gonna take the decal off.

yeah they can profile the fuck outta me now.
but look at it this way.
non provisional drivers cant get pulled over for having it so get a bunch of those little stickers and slap them on some random cars then cops cant know who is a provisional driver or a regular one

how the fuck are you supposed to "learn" if they won't give you an oppurtunity to drive? The law is basically just a red tag for cops to take advantage of the situation. So fucked...

still though, i remember my first day with my liscense. It was like driving for the first time.

this country is going fucking nazi on driving. fuck this. do they actually think this will do anything?

all it does is make it easier for police to pull over and fuck over teens for breaking stupid rules that do nothing int he first place

i see no problem with it. They've got stickers like this in europe i've seen.

All it will do is this:

when some idiot 17 year old cuts me off then slams on the brakes, rather than making it my goal to gain revenge, and probably make the kid fear driving forever, i'll see the decal and think "oh, ok. he doesn't know any better, he's still learning."

It's basically an excuse. People will see it, and think "oh, its a kid, they probably don't know any better."

Just don't be a dumbass. Cops don't pull kids over for nothing. If you get pulled over, it's your own damn fault.

my argument is that there really is no difference between a new driver who is 22 than one who is 17 or 18...
but in my town everyones pissed off no parent wants those gayass stickers on their car
